Tuesday’s (8/10) Job of the Day is a Health/Human Services Professional Trainee for the State of Nevada in Carson, Minden, Gardnerville and Genoa.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
1)Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, early childhood development, psychology, public health, special education, nursing , or other discipline directly related to the field in which the applicant is to be trained; OR two years of journey level technical or paraprofessional experience in the field in which the applicant is to be trained. (NOTE: some jobs strictly require a bachelor’s degree).
Additional Position Experience:
1)Programmatic experience assisting in the administration of a current health program dealing with nutrition/wellness from a infant/child perspective.
Monday’s Job of the Day is a DMV Services Manager for the State of Nevada in Carson, Minden, Gardnerville and Genoa.
Qualifications:
1)Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business, public administration, or other discipline related to the position and three years of increasingly responsible professional experience which included program development or implementation, at least two years of which were at the supervisory level; OR graduation from high school or equivalent education and seven years of varied experience related to registration/titling of motor vehicles or licensing motor vehicle operators, at least two years of which were at the supervisory level; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

1)A pre-employment criminal history check and fingerprinting are required. Persons offered employment in this position will be required to pay for these items.
2)A State of Nevada/FBI background check will be required of the selected applicant.
