Friday’s (8/13) Job of the Day is a Chief Human Resource Officer for Banner Health in Fallon.
Qualifications: Must possess a strong knowledge of human resources as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor’s degree in business, human resources management or related field. Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred. Requires an extensive knowledge and background in employee relations, recruitment and retention and related customer relations functions, as well as practical operating knowledge of the areas of planning, developing, training, budgeting and organizing programs and services. A working knowledge of rules and regulations governing employee relations i.e., hours, labor relations, compensation, benefits, employee health and safety, and other federal, state, and local requirements is required. Must also possess demonstrated skill in problem analysis, project management, conflict resolution and oral presentation.
