The Nevadaworks Youth Council functions as a clearinghouse for the multitude of youth service agencies throughout northern Nevada. Its goal is to help these agencies network and be aware of all services offered to minimize duplication while offering the broadest range of services possible to area youth. Nevadaworks has contracted with premier youth agencies to coordinate this function for the best interests of the communities involved.

In its current format, the Youth Council integrates the changing face of youth services with the reality of today's job market demands. It is a bridge between past experience and future plans. It services individuals and providers in a manner that brings new and exciting ideas to the fore.
