Nevadaworks

The system established under the Workforce Investment Act emphasizes informed customer choice, system performance and continuous improvement. In order to maximize customer choice and assure that all significant population groups are served, the state of Nevada established a process to determine eligible providers. The process was created to insure that significant numbers of competent providers are available to offer a wide variety of training programs and occupational choices to their clients. Eligible providers of training services are those entities approved to receive Workforce Investment Act Title I-B funds for training services to youth, adult and dislocated workers.

Organizations interested in becoming an eligible provider are encouraged to download the Training Provider Application.
